The role
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Food & Beverage management team to keep everything running smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Help set up and prepare our food and beverage areas so everything looks spot‑on for service
- Support with closing duties, making sure areas are clean, tidy, and secure at the end of each shift
- Welcome guests, take orders, and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
- Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks
- Handle payments accurately and confidently
- Work alongside our kitchen team to ensure food is delivered promptly
- Keep up to date with menu changes, new dishes, and drink trends
- Jump into different areas when needed, including banqueting and the Member’s Lounge
