Aim of the role: As a member of the Housekeeping team covering across The Chelsea Townhouse & 11 Cadogan Gardens, you are the reason why our Guests keep coming back for more. As a Turndown Attendant you will consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas in order to create a warm, friendly and comfortable environment for our guests.

Below are just some of the duties and responsibilities of a Turndown Attendant at 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse:

  • To be respectful when entering a guest's room, taking pride and being confident to complete the assigned tasks.
  • To provide servicing of guest rooms with checking and replenishing of guest amenities.
  • To ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and report any faults to the Head of Department.
  • To make sure that Company Policy, the Vision Statement, and Departmental Objectives are followed and utilised at all times.
