As Housekeeping Room Attendant of the Housekeeping team at 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel and The Chelsea Townhouse - the only Relais and Chateaux properties in London - you are the reason our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Room Attendants work as part of a team to impress our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from check in right through check out, to ensure that every guest wants to return.

11 Cadogan Gardens is a truly iconic 19th century boutique hotel in the heart of fashionable Chelsea. Behind its traditional Victorian facade lies a wealth of tradition, heritage and intrigue. Responsibilities

  • To maintain the high standards in the Hotel bedrooms and corridors.
  • To be clean and maintain the hotel bedrooms and public areas with pride to the standards set by the Head Housekeeper.
  • To take ownership and keep baskets and cupboards neat and presentable at all times and stocked to the correct standard.
  • To complete tasks as delegated by the Head Housekeeper and work according to the extra cleaning list understanding flexibility and teamwork.
  • To ensure that all cleaning materials are used to the Head Housekeeper's specification.
  • To ensure that store lists to be completed on the day given and stores to be put away.
  • To report any maintenance faults and deal with lost property.
