Key responsibilities of the Casual F&B worker role:
- Go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy
- To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible
- Have expert knowledge of the food and drink that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menus to drive sales
- Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently
- Work well as part of a team and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
- Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
