We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our close-knit, supportive housekeeping team and work alongside an experienced Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper. This is a floor-based role, focused on quality, teamwork and setting standards — not admin-heavy.

- Working closely with Reception and Maintenance around room readiness
- Supporting lost property and key control processes
- Covering senior team members when needed, with full support

About you:
- Experience in hotel housekeeping (supervisory or senior room attendant level)
- Comfortable being hands‑on and visible on the floor
- Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
- Confident communicating with a small, friendly team
- Reliable, practical and team‑focused
- Luxury hotel experience is welcome but not essential.

- £29,620 salary + service charge (circa £2.5k)
- Staff accommodation available
- Meals on duty
- Supportive management and a positive team culture
- Career development and training opportunities
- Friends & family hotel rates
