The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering refined yet relaxed dining in a beautiful countryside setting. We’re looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service on the floor and support the management team. This is an operational, guest-facing role, ideal for an experienced supervisor or a strong team leader ready to step up.
The role:
- Supervising day-to-day restaurant, bar and lounge operations and service standards
- Leading the team on shift and being a visible presence on the floor
- Supporting the manager on duty and stepping in when required
- Running smooth openings, services, and closes
- Delivering team briefs and supporting training on shift
- Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally
You’ll work closely with management but remain floor-focused, leading by example.
About you:
- Experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter
- Background in a busy hotel or quality-led restaurant
- Confident communicator, calm under pressure
- Passionate about service, hospitality, and team culture
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
