As a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress (30 Hours a week) you will be at the heart of our guests’ mornings. From a warm welcome to attentive service, you will ensure every breakfast is memorable, relaxed, and perfectly in line with Nobu’s standards of understated luxury.

The Role:

  • Create an exceptional breakfast experience through attentive and genuine service
  • Prepare and set tables with care, ensuring all mise en place is ready ahead of service
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide crafted, personalised experiences
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints with confidence and discretion
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the restaurant
  • Embody the Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction

30 hours a week, 6am to 12pm shifts, with additional hours subject to availability.
