Key responsibilities of the Bar Manager:
- To oversee the operational running of The Dandy Bar with support of the F&B Manager
- Take the lead in training and development of new and current team members to set the team up for success
- Effectively manage the team’s time and productivity while at work to support the department’s goals
- Be present in the bar during peak periods, closing times, and when business demands leading by example
- Effectively communicate to your team and management to create a positive work culture
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and care to the role whilst being attentive in each task
- Confidently deal with guest queries and liaise with F&B Manager regarding feedback and improvements
- Drive focus on health and safety, standards and communication throughout the team
