Part of Iconic Hotels and Resorts, The Lensbury is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 155 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.
Key Responsibilities
- To set up function rooms as instructed by management and the events function sheet.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences for our customers through attention to detail and friendly and professional service.
- Ensure a high-quality mise-en-place, including polishing of silverware, glassware etc.
- Attend briefings and meetings as required.
- Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Licensing regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing down of all food and beverage areas.
- Ensuring areas are ready for service and cleaned at the end of each shift.
- When required, carry out duties in all Food & Beverage areas, including Restaurant, Bar, and Members' Lounge.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in Conference & Banqueting, with an understanding of seating and table plans.

- Excellent customer service skills with a flexible approach to duties.
