As a Waiter, you will assist the Food & Beverage Team in organizing service in The Dining Room in the heart of Chewton Glen.

Responsibilities of the Waiter
- Provide an outstanding, professional level of service to guests
- Show integrity through your menu knowledge to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
- Take pride in preparing the restaurant setup for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service
- Take and serve orders and provide any nutritional or allergen information requested
- Clear tables in a timely and efficient manner to ensure all areas are well kept and ready for guests
- Ensure bills are cashed with care taken over correct charging to rooms, payment methods, and any discounts given
