What will you be doing?

Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Revenue Manager at 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Apartments and The Chelsea Townhouse:

• Assist in maximizing revenues through management of all revenue streams by implementing proactive, strategic selling strategies & action plans aimed at delivering budgeted revenues.
• Assist with the development of the entire revenue function with a dynamic approach to improving working practices and communication.
• Ensure techniques are applied to maximize revenues across all revenue streams using appropriate tools.
• Take ownership and be responsible for yield management, analyzing conversion and C&E booking lead times, market trends through STR reporting, and monitoring competitor performance and market share.
• Effectively manage availability through all distribution channels.
• Ensure that every opportunity to sell across all hotels is understood and explored throughout the central sales team.
• Assist in producing accurate financial forecasts.
• Manage rate loading and rate mapping with third parties.
• Efficiently handle requests for room rates.
• Provide analytics to evaluate rates.
• Take pride in developing and nurturing existing customer accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Reservations Team.
