Our Maintenance Assistants work as part of a team to impress our guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from check-in to check-out, ensuring every guest wants to return.

What Will You Be Doing?
You will be part of a small and dedicated team ready to respond to maintenance needs on a day-to-day basis, acting as a proactive and resourceful solution seeker.
Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer at 11 Cadogan Gardens:
- You will be confident and take ownership in attending to emergency maintenance calls from all departments, ensuring all priority jobs are completed and responding to changes in job priorities at short notice.
- Ensure that all appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and functioning in accordance with health & safety regulations, and be aware of your responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act.
- You will be a team player and show flexibility in completing any other reasonable tasks as required by the Maintenance Manager.
- Be fully aware of the hotel’s fire safety procedures.
- Additionally, there is a requirement to be on call on a rota basis.
