Our F&B Assistant will support the Clubroom and Bar Manager and assistants in the organisation and service delivery within the Clubroom, Dandy Bar and Room Service areas of the hotel.

Aim of the Food and Beverage Assistant role:
To assist the F&B Supervisors and management team in the organisation of service in the Clubroom restaurant, bar and room service if needed.
Key responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Assistant role:
- Go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
- To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible.
- Have expert knowledge of the food and drink that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menus to drive sales.
- Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
- Work well as part of a team and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
- Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times.
