Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure high quality curriculum provision and effective teaching, which promotes learning
- To support our young people, both as a teacher and a tutor to achieve in learning and life
- To support adults to develop professionally
- To carry out professional duties as both a teacher and a tutor to ensure a high-quality offer to our students
Responsibilities (in addition to those identified within the Teachers' standards):
- To have a significant overview and input of the subject assessment cycle
- To lead and develop co-curricular within the subject
- To promote and enable collaboration both internally within History and via external partnerships across the Lighthouse Schools Partnership and beyond
