Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm

Who Is Chevron Traffic Management

Chemron Traffic Management sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversion routes, or pedestrian walkways to ensure safety during roadworks. This involves placing cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible across the country, and you may see our signage during roadworks. Our work also involves consulting, planning, designing, estimating, liaising with suppliers and customers, and innovating with technology to improve safety and reduce our carbon footprint. Traffic management is challenging but rewarding, and our team makes it fun.

About The Role Of Project Co-Ordinator

Due to growth, we have three new opportunities for Project Coordinators based in Scunthorpe. The role involves assessing, quoting, planning, booking, and overseeing Traffic Management projects for various clients. Coordinators report to Project Team Leaders and manage client portfolios, liaising with stakeholders. They are often the first point of contact for clients and must be well-organized and confident in communication.

Responsibilities Of a Project Co-Ordinator

  • Managing daily projects and client portfolios
  • Handling incoming client enquiries
  • Ensuring PO and cost coverage for works
  • Booking projects into the ERP system
  • Liaising with clients to ensure successful project execution
  • Submitting permits and licenses to authorities
  • On-site liaison with operatives and third parties
  • Resolving account queries and providing information
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Project Team Leader
