Traffic Management Operative - Southeast (Qualified)Qualifications: Lantra M1/M2 M3 M3 M5 M6 M7 12ab IPVLocation: - Southeast Gatwick - RH11 0PJSalary: Leading the way with industry-beating pay rates, making us one of the highest-paying employers in the Southeast.

Hours: Guaranteed 48 hours per week plus overtime opportunities. Day shifts are most common; however, flexibility is essential. Successful candidates must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends, work away during peak periods, and participate in an on-call rota where required.

About the RoleAs a Traffic Management Operative , you'll be responsible for delivering safe and efficient traffic management solutions on road networks and construction projects across the region.

Your duties will include: Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systemsSetting up road closures, diversions, pedestrian walkways, signage, barriers, and traffic lightsEnsuring all works comply with Chapter 8 and safety legislationCarrying out site checks and maintaining high safety standardsSupporting and mentoring new trainees within the teamWorking collaboratively to deliver projects safely and efficientlyEvery day is different, and your work will directly contribute to keeping people safe on our roads.

Essential RequirementsLantra Qualifications: SLG Unit 2M1/M2M3/M4M5 /M6Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty pointsPositive, proactive, and safety-focused attitudeAbility to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and working away when requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to high standardsAbility to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test and any required medical assessmentsKnowledge of Chapter 8 regulations Chevron, part of Ramudden Global UK , we're proud to be one of the UK's leading traffic management providers.
