About the role of Office Administrator:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team at HBS. The successful candidate will be reporting to the office in Shotts.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake key administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage travel arrangements for workers
  • Assist with the onboarding process for the workers
  • Accurate filing and storing of workers data (paper and electronic)
  • Promote the company's values across the site
  • Contribute to projects when required
  • Implement the Vehicle and Plant maintenance plan
  • Undertake other duties as and when required
