- General working hours: 40 - 48 hours per week. Shifts typically occur during the day; you may also work evenings, nights, weekends and travel during peak seasons. You will be included in the on-call rota, particularly if you have access to a company van.

Your Role as a 12d Traffic Management Operative
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Conduct Traffic Counts: Gather essential data and communicate with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain Temporary Traffic Lights: Keep our temporary traffic lights in top condition for safe and efficient traffic flow.
- Deploy Traffic Management Solutions: Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management equipment, including cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other essential equipment.
- Mentor New Trainees: Share your knowledge and guide new team members as they learn the ropes.
What we are looking for
As a 12d Traffic Management Operative the below requirements are essential:
- Qualifications: Minimum M1/M2, SLG Unit 2 will be considered.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
- Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.
- Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).
- Attitude: Positive, “can-do” mindset.
- Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Able to work weekends, nights and work away if and when required.
