About Us
We provide Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) designs for urban & rural roads, in addition to dual carriageway & motorways anywhere in the UK using the latest industry software. As well as specialising in TTM design, we also provide Vehicle Swept Path Analysis, Consultancy, RRRAP Assessments, BIM/ 3D design and traffic modelling.
About the role of Business Administrator
Due to growth and a growing order book, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to various departments within the business. You will be joining and working alongside a successful team of talented designers and engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and processing of sensitive information
- Organising and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minute taking
- Preparing business documents
- Collating and reporting on health and safety specific data/ activities
- Supporting Quality and Environmental activities
- Collating information from internal audits
- Processing employee inductions
- Inputting and maintaining data
- Coordinating training for company employees
- Updating supplier information
- Assisting in financial and accounting activities where applicable
- Assisting in business development and company projects
- Any other administrative tasks that may arise
Essential Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Sharepoint and Teams
- Able to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Willing to learn new skills and develop
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience within the TM industry/ Construction
- Experience using NetSuite - Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Payroll experience
