General hours of work are 42.5 hours per week, with varying shift patterns between 7am and 6pm, including some weekend shifts on a rota basis. Location: Nuneaton Depot (travel to other depots or customer locations may be required).
Responsibilities of the Traffic Management Coordinator:
- Responsible for building and coordinating all activities for our utilities contracts.
- Report into the Contract Manager to assist in logistically managing the workload of a team of Traffic Management Operatives.
- Responsible for the accurate building, reviewing and creation of picking lists for all works onto our ERP system.
- Liaison with our client to fulfil capacity efficiently.
- Schedule out planned and reactive works when required using all tools available to ensure we achieve our contractual SLA’s and KPI’s measures.
- Attend meetings with the team and client, in person and online.
- Provide information to our clients and address customer enquiries.
- Assist in maintaining financial transactions as part of the job building process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract and operational delivery areas.
- Assist in answering calls from the client and customers and direct internally to relevant parties.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your administration skills.
What good looks like:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident to work with Orion/SAP and other IT systems.
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Ability to quickly resolve scheduling and logistics conflicts.
- Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
We would appreciate:
- Traffic management experience, but this is not essential.
- Scheduling & Planning experience, again not essential as full training will be provided.
