Hours: General hours of work are 48 hours per week, and it is night shift work. In addition to your 48 hours, overtime is also available.

Your role as a 12ab Trainee Traffic Management Operative: As a key member of our team, you will:
- Install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment.
- Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
- Work towards your 12AB Skilled Worker qualification.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: Traffic Management experience is desirable but not essential.
- Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.
- Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).
- Attitude: Positive, 'can-do' mindset.
- Flexible: Can work shift patterns including weekends.
- Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
What else would be great?
- HGV Class 2 licence.
