Hours: General hours of work are 48 hours per week and will include both day and night shift working. In addition to your 48 hours, overtime is also available. This is a 12-month fixed term position.

Your role as a 12ab Traffic Management IPV Foreman:
- Assist and advise managers to help schemes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive the Impact Protection Vehicle.
- Oversee and coordinate a crew ensuring roles are carried out safely and project objectives are achieved.
- Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
- Help and guide new trainees.
What are we looking for?
- Essential:
- Qualification: 12a Traffic Management Foreman qualification.
- HGV Class 2 licence.
- IPV (live lane) qualification.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
- Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.
- Safety: Candidates must hold a valid safety critical medical certificate.
- Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).
- Attitude: Positive, “can-do” mindset.
- Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
