About Chevron TM: Chevron Traffic Management is the company that sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversions routes or pedestrian walkways to keep road workers and road users safe while roadworks are underway. This involves putting out road cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible all over the country. About the role of Senior Accounts Assistant: Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accounting records and managing the purchase ledger payments, while adhering to the highest standards of accuracy. We are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant with a primary focus on the overall accounts payable function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal staff to resolve payment queries
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements using our AI tool
- Processing Supplier Invoices
- Conducting account analysis
- Payment runs
- Adhoc jobs
You will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable. CIS experience is desired. You will be an enthusiastic, motivated team player with a positive attitude, eager to advance their careers within a strong finance team. This role offers the potential for further evolution, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, provided that your experience aligns with the requirements.
