We are looking for an experienced Operations Maintenance Manager with a strong Line Maintenance background to manage multiple UK line stations and support the delivery of safe, efficient and commercially effective maintenance operations. The Operations Maintenance Manager will lead Station Managers and operational teams, ensuring strong performance across safety, compliance, customer service, manpower planning, budgets and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple line maintenance stations / business units across the UK
- Lead and develop Station Managers and operational teams
- Drive operational performance, safety, compliance and customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets, costs, resources and manpower deployment across the network
- Support efficient recovery of operational disruptions and AOG situations
- Build strong relationships with airline customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain performance against agreed KPIs
