Job Purpose
The GoTeam is a business-critical function responsible for recovering customer Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events and executing special projects safely, compliantly, and efficiently by leveraging both internal capabilities across our client’s network and trusted third-party service providers. The Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) role enhances the customer experience by providing a single point of contact for all AOG-related communications and coordination activities. This centralised approach improves response times, strengthens operational oversight, and ensures a consistent and professional service delivery model. In addition, the role supports the continued development of our client’s AOG and Special Projects capability, reinforcing the organisation’s strategic position within the aviation industry and further differentiating our client as a premium MRO service provider.
Job Accountabilities
- Develop and deliver bespoke solutions to support customer AOG events and special project requirements.
- Produce comprehensive AOG recovery and project plans, including timelines, estimated return-to-service dates, resource requirements, and critical path activities.
- Manage AOG recoveries and special projects on a global scale.
