Our client are seeking a dynamic IT Support Engineer to join their small but dedicated IT team. This is a varied role covering all levels of support from day-to-day desktop troubleshooting to server administration and cloud technologies. You will play a key part in keeping our business-critical systems running across multiple sites, so flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. This position will involve occasional travel between their UK sites and participation in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support for key systems.
- Provide 1st to 3rd line support for users across Storm Aviation’s UK sites.
- Manage and maintain Windows desktop and server environments.
- Support and administer webservers, Azure services, Intune, and develop Power Automate workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Assist with system migrations, upgrades, and deployment projects.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes.
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
- Proven experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Intune, and modern cloud services.
- Experience with webserver management (IIS or similar).
- Familiarity with Power Automate (or other workflow automation tools).
