An Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Friendly & Established Practice
- 5 to 6 sessions per week
- Personal list with a fair share of duty sessions

- Home visits are routinely covered by the PCN Home Visiting Team

About Us
We are a large, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering excellent, holistic patient care. Our clinical team includes:
- 6 Partners
- 5 Salaried GPs
- 2 GP Retainers
- Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants (HCAs)
- Social Prescribers
Our non-clinical team includes:
- Receptionists and Care Navigators
- Workflow staff and GP Assistants (GPAs)
Education & Development – We are a GP training practice with a strong commitment to learning at all levels. We hold regular in-house teaching sessions including:
- Significant Event Analysis (SEA)
- Complaints Reviews
- External Speaker Sessions

We are a City practice across two sites and ideally situated in Hampshire, with excellent commuter links from Southampton, Romsey and Winchester, and easy access to the stunning New Forest and the coast, offering an exceptional quality of life outside of work.
Job Responsibilities
You will be a fully qualified GP, GMC registered and on the NHS England Performers List. You will be a warm, motivated team player who is passionate about high-quality primary care and looking to be part of a positive, forward-thinking practice. Special clinical interests are very welcome and we will endeavour to support these within our service model.
Key duties include:
- Providing up to 6 sessions per week, combining 15-minute face-to-face and telephone consultations
- Maintaining a personal patient list with a fair share of duty sessions
- Participating in the PCN Home Visiting Team for routine home visits
- Engaging in optional extended hours participation if desired
- Taking on list-holding responsibilities
