Cheval Collection are currently recruiting an Assistant Maintenance Engineer to join our luxury serviced apartments based in Tower Hill. As Assistant Maintenance Engineer, you will be involved in carrying out proactive and reactive maintenance tasks throughout the residences. The role includes being the first line of response to all maintenance issues, being aware of any hazards or faults and rectifying where possible, and supervising external contractors when required.
You will be required to work five days over seven on a rota basis (this includes weekend working and bank holidays), 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
