At Cheval Three Quays , located on the banks of the River Thames and overlooking some of London's most iconic landmarks, we're looking for a passionate and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to help deliver the exceptional standards and guest experiences we're known for.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in creating an environment where excellence comes naturally. From coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensuring our luxury apartments and public areas consistently meet five-star standards, you'll be at the centre of a fast-paced and rewarding operation. You'll support and coach Room Attendants, carry out quality inspections, assist with training new team members, and act as a key point of contact for housekeeping-related guest requests. Through your leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a flawless stay from arrival to departure.
