As Cheval Collection continues to evolve, we’re seeking an exceptional Revenue Manager to join our forward-thinking commercial team. The Revenue Manager will oversee two of our luxury properties in Knightsbridge, driving bespoke revenue strategies and performance within our distinguished portfolio.
This property-based role reports directly to the General Manager with support from the Revenue team at Cheval Global office and a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of Revenue & Distribution.
As Revenue Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include…………
- Lead revenue strategy and execution, forecasting demand, and analysing performance trends
- Develop dynamic pricing and inventory strategies aligned with commercial goals
- Monitor and optimise availability, rates, and channel performance across all platforms (PMS, RMS, OTAs)
- Ensure rate integrity and content accuracy on online/offline distribution channels
- Analyse pick-up, pace, booking windows, segmentation and STR data to guide tactical decision-making
- Lead weekly business reviews with the GM and key stakeholders
We would love to hear from you if you………..
- Have Hospitality Revenue Management experience ideally in a luxury setting (hotels and/or apartments)
- Are analytically minded with the ability to present data accordingly
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Have a high-level understanding of PMS, RMS, channel managers, and online distribution systems
- Are very commercially minded and have the ability of looking at “big picture”
- Strong communicator with a proven ability to present to senior leaders and build meaningful relationships across all levels of an organization
- Have a positive attitude in everything you do
