We are seeking a
Social Media & PR Manager to join our commercial team and shape Cheval’s global presence.
As Social Media & PR Manager, you will lead how the brand communicates across digital platforms, media channels, and key markets, ensuring Cheval is consistently represented as a leader in luxury serviced living.
This role drives social media strategy, PR activity, influencer collaborations, brand storytelling, and digital community engagement.
You will oversee communications for properties in London and Dubai, as well as pre-opening campaigns for new developments in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll act as guardian of the brand voice and deliver impactful campaigns.
This is a creative and strategic role requiring strong digital expertise, excellent media relationships, and deep knowledge of luxury brand communications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global social media & PR strategy across all regions
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Build partnerships with influencers and creators aligned to luxury audiences
