Cheval Gloucester Park and Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison are looking for a Senior Global Sales Manager to join their team of hospitality professionals. Every great guest experience starts long before a guest arrives. It starts with a conversation, a relationship, and a partnership built on trust. At Cheval Collection, we've spent more than 40 years redefining luxury serviced living, creating exceptional experiences for corporate travellers, leisure guests, and international visitors seeking something beyond a traditional hotel stay.
Today, our portfolio includes eight Residences and three Maisons across London and Dubai, offering 821 beautifully designed apartments in some of the world's most desirable locations. As our story continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Senior Global Sales Manager to help write the next chapter. This is not a role for someone who waits for opportunities to come their way. It's for someone who loves opening doors, building meaningful relationships, and uncovering new possibilities. Someone who understands that behind every account is a person, behind every booking is a journey, and behind every business opportunity is the potential for a lasting partnership.
You'll become an ambassador for one of the most respected names in luxury serviced apartments, specialising in the long stay market including relocation, global mobility and corporate extended stay, whilst also representing our collection to corporate clients, travel buyers, leisure partners, and key industry stakeholders. One day, you could be meeting a prospective client in the City of London, discussing accommodation solutions for their international workforce. The next, you'll be presenting our portfolio virtually to travel partners across global markets or identifying emerging opportunities that could bring new business to our residences.
You'll manage and nurture an existing portfolio of accounts while continuously seeking new opportunities to grow our network and increase revenue. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the business, sharing market insights and helping to shape strategies that support the success of every Cheval Collection property. Cheval has an exciting pipeline of growth, with opportunities to expand its portfolio through the acquisition and opening of new properties. As the company continues to strengthen its market presence and explore new locations, there is tremendous potential for both business growth and career development.
You play a vital role in this journey, helping to drive the success of existing operations while supporting the continued expansion of the Cheval brand and delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. To succeed in this role, you'll bring experience in luxury hospitality sales or account management, a strong understanding of the London accommodation market, and a natural ability to connect with people. You'll be commercially minded, confident in influencing stakeholders at every level, and motivated by achieving ambitious goals. Most importantly, you'll share our passion for excellence.
At Cheval Collection, we're proud of our reputation for exceptional service, quality, and innovation. We believe our people are at the heart of that success, and we're committed to creating an environment where talented individuals can thrive, develop, and make a real impact. So, if you're ready to take your hospitality sales career to the next level, if you enjoy turning opportunities into partnerships and relationships into results, we'd love you to be part of our journey.
Join Cheval Collection and help us create the next chapter in luxury hospitality. In return for your passion and drive to succeed we can offer you:
- A competitive salary
- Performance incentive scheme
- 22 days annual leave plus public holidays (increases with every year of service up to year 5)
- Additional day off to celebrate birthday (or employment anniversary)
- An inclusive and supportive working environment
- Life Assurance
- Season Ticket Loan
- Learning and development opportunities
- Career coaching and progression
- Health and wellbeing support
- Discounted stays at Cheval for colleagues, friends and family
- Discounted stays at properties within the GHA portfolio
- Contribution to personal pension (after 3 months)
- And many more benefits!
