As Cheval Collection continues to evolve, we are seeking an exceptional Revenue Manager to join our forward-thinking commercial team. The Revenue Manager will oversee three of our luxury properties in Kensington, driving bespoke revenue strategies and performance within our distinguished portfolio.
As Revenue Manager, you will take ownership of the revenue management strategy for Cheval Thorney Court, Cheval Harrington Court, and Cheval Hyde Park Gate - developing accurate forecasts, optimising rate distribution, analysing market trends, and shaping top-line performance. Working cross-functionally with the property and global office teams, you will be instrumental in ensuring Cheval Collection's competitive market positioning.
This property-based role reports directly to the General Manager with support from the Revenue team at Cheval's Global office and a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of Revenue & Distribution.
Responsibilities- Lead revenue strategy and execution, forecasting demand, and analysing performance trends
- Develop dynamic pricing and inventory strategies aligned with commercial goals
- Monitor and optimise availability, rates, and channel performance across all platforms (PMS, RMS, OTAs)
- Ensure rate integrity and content accuracy on online/offline distribution channels
- Analyse pick-up, pace, booking windows, segmentation and STR data to guide tactical decision-making
- Lead weekly business reviews with the GM and key stakeholders
- Have Hospitality Revenue Management experience ideally in a luxury setting (hotels and/or apartments)
- Are analytically minded with the ability to present data accordingly
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Have a high-level understanding of PMS, RMS, channel managers, and online distribution systems
- Are very commercially minded and have the ability of looking at the 'big picture'
- Strong communicator with a proven ability to present to senior leaders and build meaningful relationships across all levels of an organization
