Cheval Knightsbridge are currently recruiting a Night Receptionist to join the Front Office team of our luxury serviced apartments.

Our Front Office team is at the heart of the guest experience. As our Night Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, secure, and enjoyable stay from the moment they arrive until departure. Your responsibilities will include managing check‑ins and check‑outs, allocating apartments, supporting guest account management, and providing tailored information, recommendations, and assistance throughout their stay.

You will be the go‑to support overnight—responding to queries, resolving concerns with professionalism, and ensuring the building remains safe, calm, and secure for all guests. A key part of your role will be completing night audit reporting , ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing handover reports, and guaranteeing the smooth transition into the next operational day.

From handling enquiries and processing payments to generating bills and maintaining a reassuring presence during quiet hours, your contribution will be vital to the guest experience and the overall operation of our luxury apartments.
