Cheval Phoenix House is currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join their Front Office team at our luxury serviced apartments. Superbly located just moments from Sloane Square on a discreet side street in Chelsea, Cheval Phoenix House boasts a selection of 34 open plan, one- and two-bedroom apartments available to book for any length of stay. Following a complete refurbishment, these boutique residences feature contemporary décor and a minimalistic design, making them more spacious and airy than before.
As the Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and friendly service to our residents, while maintaining the security of the residence. This varied role includes handling guest enquiries, managing arrivals and departures, some administrative work, conducting floor walks, and keeping the reception area clean and tidy. The role involves working 12-hour shifts on a four on, four off rota basis.
