Cheval Gloucester Park are currently recruiting a Night Receptionist to join the Front Office team of our luxury serviced apartments. Our Front Office team is at the heart of the guest experience. As the first and last point of contact, we take pride in delivering exceptional, five-star service and creating memorable moments that reflect the quality and elegance of our brand. As our Night Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, secure, and enjoyable stay from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include managing check-ins and check-outs, allocating apartments, supporting guest account management, and providing tailored information, recommendations, and assistance throughout their stay.
- Be the go-to overnight support—responding to queries, resolving concerns with professionalism, and ensuring the building remains safe, calm, and secure for all guests.
- Complete night audit reporting, ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing handover reports for a smooth transition into the next operational day.
- Handle enquiries, process payments, generate bills, and maintain a reassuring presence during quiet hours.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and warm manner with the ability to build excellent relationships with guests.
- Good knowledge of London.
- Previous experience in a luxury service environment.
- Proficiency in IT skills (Word, Outlook, Internet) and knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS).
- Good written and spoken English; excellent communication skills.
- Flexible attitude; ability to work independently or within a small team.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
