Cheval Collection are currently recruiting a Porter to join the front office team of our luxury serviced apartments based in Tower Hill. As porter you will be based in the front of house lobby to ensure that you are available for any guest needs. You will be an important point of contact for our guests from their arrival to their departure and all in between. You will be answering questions about the residence or the local area, showing the guests to their apartments, delivering luggage and parcels, organising transportation and assisting the front office team wherever possible. You will work as part of the front office team to ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience from start to finish.
