We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team based in Tower Hill who will play a crucial role in supporting the finance operations across our residences Cheval Three Quays and Cheval Calico House.
As Finance Assistant some of your duties will include:
- Preparing and reconciling commission invoices and accruals, maintaining accurate records at all times.
- Taking ownership of guest invoicing, ensuring invoices are issued within agreed timelines and that payments are received and accurately allocated.
- Supporting the operations team with accounts payable responsibilities, including processing invoices via Procure Wizard and following up as required.
- Ensuring month-end procedures are completed accurately and on time, including the preparation and posting of accruals, as well as the preparation and submission of supporting documentation for balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting the Senior Finance Assistant in the preparation of the monthly board pack.
- Responding to and resolving account queries from guests, agents, and internal stakeholders, collaborating with other departments where necessary.
