Cheval Collection has an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Manager to oversee two of our luxury Cheval Residences: Cheval Gloucester Park and Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison in South Kensington.
As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day front office operations across our distinctive portfolio of luxury residences. You will lead a team of up to 15 direct reports, champion service excellence, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and care.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage front office operations across the multi‑site luxury residence portfolio.
- Maintain high professional standards and deliver an exceptional, personalised guest experience.
- Create a strong culture of service excellence, embedding customer focus in all aspects of the front office.
- Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team through coaching, training and performance management.
- Act as key point of contact for senior stakeholders, guests, visitors and contractors.
- Proactively manage guest feedback and complaints, resolving issues with confidence and empathy.
- Identify and address operational challenges to ensure quality, consistency and continuous improvement.
- Support the General Manager / Operations Manager with financial accountability, contributing to annual budget planning and managing expenditure within approved parameters.
- Inspirational leader with 5+ years of proven experience managing a front office team in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Multi‑site experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and conflict‑management skills.
