Cheval Collection is seeking an internationally minded and commercially astute Regional Director of Development to drive strategic growth across our luxury accommodation portfolio in London and select international markets.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will identify, evaluate and progress development opportunities, lead due diligence and feasibility reviews, and prepare investment cases to support commercial negotiations through to execution.
