Cheval Collection are currently recruiting a Receptionist to join our friendly front office team at our stunning residence, Cheval Three Quays, based in the city, next to the Tower of London. As Receptionist, you will join our motivated team of hospitality professionals, who are dedicated to this exceptional residence and to providing courteous, efficient, and friendly service to our guests.
In this role of Receptionist, you will be required to deal with all aspects of Front of House from the guest arrival through to their departure including dealing with guest enquiries, arrivals and departures, administration work, floor walks and keeping the front desk area clean and tidy. If you have experience in hospitality and you are passionate about delivering service excellence, this role will be very much suited to you.
