The Role

- Replenishing and putting away stock
- Keeping the shop floor and stock areas organised
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the store
- Helping ensure displays, rails and products are always presented to a high standard

Who We’re Looking For
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
- Naturally sales-driven and able to recognise opportunities to make a sale
- Genuinely interested in fashion and able to confidently advise customers
- Personable and capable of connecting with a wide range of people
- Proactive — someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it
- Organised and attentive to detail
- Proud of maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store
- Reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
- Ideally confident in front of a camera and happy to get involved with brand content

We should have examples on hand of how we've handled difficult situations or gone above and beyond to meet a customer's needs. These anecdotes will bring your application to life!
✨Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems
Many retail roles require us to work with Point of Sale (POS) systems, so it's a good idea to brush up on any relevant software you’ve used before. Many retail interviews include role-playing scenarios where we might have to deal with a difficult customer or upsell a product. Practising these scenarios with a friend or family member can help us feel more comfortable. The key here is to showcase our problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure!
