Lead Golf Operations at one of the South West’s most respected members’ clubs. Sherborne Golf Club is seeking an ambitious, highly organised and customer‑focused Golf Operations Manager to lead and develop all aspects of the golf operation. The role is focused on driving revenue through the golf offering at the club which includes a growing green fee revenue stream alongside excellent practice facilities and a new Trackman range opening later this year. Enhancing the experience on offer at this well respected and friendly club will be a key part of the role. This is an outstanding opportunity to join the management team at a thriving private members’ club that will suit a highly ambitious individual who wants to develop their skill set and experience within the golf industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Pro Shop and Golf Operations team
- Deliver exceptional member and visitor experiences
- Oversee competitions, visitor golf and club events
- Manage the Trackman Range and practice facilities
- Drive retail performance and stock control
- Collaborate effectively with the Course, Office and F&B teams
- Identify commercial and sponsorship opportunities
