Weybrook Park Golf Club is recruiting for an experienced Clubhouse Manager to lead our Food and Beverage Team and manage all aspects of clubhouse operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, ongoing maintenance, and overall guest experience within the clubhouse. This individual is responsible for providing proactive and effective leadership to both the Front of House and Kitchen Teams, maintaining high service standards throughout. The manager’s focus is on creating a welcoming, well-organised environment for all club members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and management of daily clubhouse customer-facing operations including being hands-on as necessary to ensure a premium and consistent member and guest experience.
  • Management of clubhouse maintenance and repairs, cleanliness, Health & Safety, other regulatory compliance and inventory control.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise all clubhouse staff to foster a positive, service-focused team, including leading by example in setting best practice standards.
  • Work in partnership with the Sales and Marketing Manager to plan and execute golf tournaments, private parties, and other member events.
  • Budget setting and financial management of clubhouse expenditure, including areas such as payroll, purchasing, and operational expenditures, tracking revenue reports and managing cost controls.
  • Maintain accurate records including incident logs, maintenance requests, and supplier communications.

Remuneration Package Guide: Basic Salary: £40-45k depending on experience + Bonus scheme, staff rewards, Discounted food & On-site parking.
