The Role
This is a high-performance sales role within a competitive London property market. You will be responsible for managing applicants, negotiations, and managing the sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion, all while delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and applicants
- Registering and qualifying applicants to understand their requirements in detail
- Conducting high quality property viewings with confidence and professionalism
- Negotiating offers effectively while protecting client interests
