The Role
This is a high-performance sales role within a competitive London property market. You will be responsible for managing applicants, negotiations, and managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move in, all while delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with renters, landlords, and applicants
- Registering and qualifying applicants to understand their requirements in detail
- Conducting high quality property viewings with confidence and professionalism
- Negotiating offers effectively while protecting client interests
- Driving new business opportunities and supporting instruction growth
- Managing lettings progression with accuracy, urgency, and care
- Maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the process
What We're Looking For

Package & Earnings
