Based at our Euston Head Office with regional travel around our Central Region, we’re now looking for a Regional Lettings Director to lead and grow our Central Region. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on performance, people development, and driving commercial success.
As Regional Lettings Director, you will take full ownership of performance across your region—setting the strategy, leading your teams, and delivering sustainable growth.

Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance metrics to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the market. Manage regional budgets, forecasts and KPIs, ensuring strong financial control and delivery against targets. Partner with Marketing and other central teams to align strategy, elevate the brand and optimise performance. Provide clear, insightful updates to senior leadership, highlighting performance, risks and opportunities.
Proven success in a senior leadership role within lettings or residential property. Inspirational leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams. Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance data.
