We are now looking for ambitious Lettings Negotiators to join our Central London teams, where professionalism, performance, and service excellence go hand in hand.

This is a high-performance sales role within a competitive London property market. You will be responsible for managing applicants, negotiations, and managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move in, all while delivering a consistently high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with renters, landlords, and applicants.
  • Registering and qualifying applicants to understand their requirements in detail.
  • Conducting high-quality property viewings with confidence and professionalism.
  • Negotiating offers effectively while protecting client interests.
  • Driving new business opportunities and supporting instruction growth.
  • Managing lettings progression with accuracy, urgency, and care.
  • Maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the process.
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong background in sales or lettings.
  • A professional approach with genuine focus on service and reputation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to balance performance with exceptional client care.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
Package & Earnings:

Realistic OTE: £50,000 - £60,000 (Year one). Uncapped commission structure linked to personal performance. Structured progression into Senior Negotiator / Valuer roles.
