We are now looking for ambitious Lettings Negotiators to join our Central London teams, where professionalism, performance, and service excellence go hand in hand.
This is a high-performance sales role within a competitive London property market. You will be responsible for managing applicants, negotiations, and managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move in, all while delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with renters, landlords, and applicants.
- Registering and qualifying applicants to understand their requirements in detail.
- Conducting high-quality property viewings with confidence and professionalism.
