An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful Covent Garden office. Situated in the heart of the West End, this role offers exposure to one of London's most vibrant and diverse residential markets. You will work with a broad mix of clients from owner-occupiers to international buyers across Covent Garden, Soho, Bloomsbury, and the wider Central London market. The Role
- Managing residential sales across Covent Garden and the wider West End market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and investors
- Supporting and progressing toward conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
