As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties, delivering against your targets, developing your own skills and advancing your property career. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission scheme
Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute
Sales Progression: Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with relevant parties for a smooth transaction
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and industry standards, such as anti-money laundering and data protection
Administration: Handle administrative tasks associated with property sales, including preparing contracts and maintaining accurate records via the CRM
Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in residential sales
People Person: Interacting with people in an empathetic way, building trust, managing expectations and delivering a fantastic buyers experience
